In this challenge follow me through a detailed course that'll help you tone up for spring and feel your best-self. Prepare for 5 guided workouts a week; 3 live and recorded muscle shredding classes plus 2 guided cardio plans provided with options for the home, gym or nature lover. This course will help you build a lasting habit and feel confident training from home or the gym! All fitness levels are encouraged to join! Every workout is scaleable and 100% guided by me with modifications and progressions that you can do right from your home! Equipment needed: a mat, a medium set of dumbbells and booty bands! Optional: Jump rope, ankle weights & kettlebell We will be cruising through dynamic classes like you know and love from Aly On Demand but introducing new formats and progressing through the course as you grow stronger week after week. Follow the prompts daily to stay on track, complete cardio workouts and keep motivated throughout spring! I will be here to hold you accountable every step of the way. Happy Shredding!
