I hope you're ready for non-stop strength intervals and fun! I've got 5 main blocks for you using a fabric band and medium weights for 7 and a half minute rounds. I'll close class out with core and a booty burn out for a well rounded 55 minute workout. (PS. I am 6 days post surgery so don't mind me as I use 2 lb dumbbells as a modification.) This is a beginner to intermediate class that can be progressed and regressed to fit your fitness level. Have fun!
